From our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gonvarriagrotech.com\/en\/rdi\/\">R&amp;D<\/a> team, in collaboration with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gonvarri.com\/en\/solutions\/metal-structures\/\">Gonvarri Metal Structures R&amp;D<\/a>, we are working on the <strong>FLORA project<\/strong>, which aims to develop solutions that help reduce energy consumption in greenhouses.<\/p>\n<p>One of the first results of this project is <strong>PASSIFLORA<\/strong>, a tool developed together with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solkeys.com\/\">Solkeys<\/a> that allows the simulation of the impact of shadows cast by photovoltaic installations on crops.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to its ability to configure greenhouse geometries and module layouts, <strong>PASSIFLORA<\/strong> makes it possible to evaluate different coverage scenarios and shading patterns, becoming a key resource for the preliminary design of <strong>agrivoltaic systems<\/strong> that ensure high levels of <strong>agricultural productivity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This tool represents a significant step forward in integrating renewable energy generation with agricultural production, demonstrating how technology can support decision-making and optimize the design of sustainable projects.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>FLORA project<\/strong> is co-financed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idepa.es\/agencia_sekuens\">Sekuens Agency<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>At <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gonvarriagrotech.com\/en\/\">Gonvarri AgroTech<\/a>, we believe that innovation must serve agriculture that is more <strong>resilient, efficient, and environmentally responsible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Gonvarri AgroTech, we are committed to innovation as a tool to transform agriculture toward more sustainable and efficient models.
