We confirm the successful completion and commissioning of a new project. In this case, it is a Blueberry Greenhouse, commonly referred to as berries.
The project has been named Blue Esmeralda, in reference to the Emerald blueberry variety and the great value that cultivating these fruits can offer, especially when grown in a greenhouse. Greenhouse cultivation promotes optimal plant production regardless of the growing season and ensures fruit quality when it comes to commercialization.
Like all the projects we develop, this blueberry greenhouse began long before the greenhouse manufacturing process, in our design offices, where our engineering team developed the design based on our client’s requirements and needs, as well as the available climatic and terrain conditions. This project included three key challenges:
- Increasing efficiency without compromising efficient agronomic management during cultivation and harvesting
- Maintaining the strict parameters required for blueberries, especially once the flowers have set and the fruit is developing
- Ensuring the profitability of the structure by offering a competitive price while maintaining appropriate durability and resistance
Our technical capabilities allowed us to address these challenges through a macrotunnel greenhouse specifically designed for this project.
